1) Eligibility & Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activity under your account.

2) Tailor-Made / Made-to-Order Products

All dresses sold on FashionNeo.com are tailor-made (made-to-order). This means:

  • Items are produced after your order is placed.

  • Small variations may occur due to handmade production (e.g., lace placement, minor stitching differences).

  • Product photos are for reference; slight color differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the tailor-made nature of our products.

3) Pricing, Currency & Taxes

All prices are shown on the website and may be displayed in different currencies depending on your location/settings.

Prices may change at any time without notice. Taxes (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

4) Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Inventory/material limitations

  • Inability to deliver to the provided address

Cancellations: Because items are tailor-made, cancellations may be limited. Please refer to our Refund/Return Policy for the exact rules and time windows. If production has started, the order may not be cancelable.

5) Production & Delivery Estimates

Production and shipping timelines provided on the website are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:

  • Custom production workload

  • Courier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Weather, holidays, or other events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

6) Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Refused delivery

  • Failure to pay customs fees (if applicable)

You may be responsible for reshipping costs and/or handling fees. Refunds, if any, may exclude shipping charges.

7) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because all items are tailor-made, standard returns and exchanges are not offered.

Any eligible remedies (such as for damaged items, wrong item received, or verified manufacturing defect) are governed by our Refund/Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8) Product Care, Use & Customer Responsibility

You agree to use products as intended and follow any care instructions provided.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improper washing/drying/handling

  • Alterations performed by third parties

  • Wear and tear after delivery

9) Intellectual Property

All website content—including product images, text, logos, graphics, and design—is owned by FashionNeo or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold FashionNeo harmless from claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising out of:

  • Your misuse of the Service

  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights
