At FashionNeo.com, every item is made-to-order, meaning your dress is produced specifically for you after you place the order. Please read the timeline below carefully before purchasing.
1) Processing Time
Production time: 7–10 business days

“Business days” do not include weekends or public holidays.

During peak seasons (holidays, prom/wedding season), production may take slightly longer.
2) Shipping Time
Once your order is finished, it will be shipped according to the method selected at checkout:

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

Express/Expedited Shipping: 5–7 business days
Estimated Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
Example: 7–10 business days production + 7–14 business days shipping.
3) Tracking Information

Once your package ships, we will email you a tracking number.

Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.
4) Shipping Rates
Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout and may vary based on:

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

8) Lost / Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

Check with household members/neighbors/building reception.
