Refund Policy

You may request a return within 14 days from the day you receive your order. We recommend examining your delivery as soon as it arrives. If you believe an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, please start the return/refund process as soon as possible.

1) Contact Us Before Returning Anything

Please contact our customer service team to request a return.
Do not send your package to the address shown on our website or on the shipping label/package, as these are not our return addresses. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

2) Return Eligibility & Item Condition

To be eligible for a return/refund, the item must be in its original condition, including:

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed

  • Not altered

  • No stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage

  • All original tags attached

We do not accept returns for items that are used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

3) Made-to-Order Policy (Important)

All FashionNeo items are made-to-order. We do not keep extra inventory. Each item is produced specifically for your order.

Because of this, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size selected

  • Color preference changes

  • “Not as expected” (when the item matches the product description)

Our return policy only covers:

  • Damaged/defective items

  • Wrong item shipped

4) Proof & Packaging Photos

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please:

  • Take clear photos of the item

  • Take photos of the original package and shipping label
    This helps us fast-track your case for a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

5) Return Shipping Responsibility

When shipping a return back to us, please keep:

  • Your shipping receipt

  • Your tracking number

We are not responsible for returned goods that are lost, damaged, or mis-shipped during return transit.

6) Inspection & Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned goods, we will inspect the items and notify you that your return has arrived.

If your return is approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or bank policies, the refund may take a few business days to appear in your account.
